If you’re treating your loved one over a delicous breakfast, enjoy an orange and chocolate breakfast granola with plain yoghurt, sweet raspberry compote and fresh fruit. For a savoury option you can have an omelette filled with crispy bacon, creamy camembert, caramelised red peppers and red onions and basil pesto.

An a-la-carte menu is on offer for lunch. Choose from a selection of dishes and pair them with a glass of JC Le Roux Méthode Cap Classique.

A romantic night under the stars is also an option. The evening meal consists of a four-course menu, and guests will be greeted with flutes of bubbly, and black mushrooms, eggplant with sweet chilli and red pepper aioli hors d’oeuvres.

The starter options are a salmon and cashew salad or herb-marinated beef Carpaccio and you can choose between a honey-glazed pork belly or fresh Kingklip and prawn as a main. You can end your meal with a lime-baked cheesecake with a cookie crumble and mixed berry coulis, or an orange and lavender crème brûlée, strawberry skewer and pistachio dust.
