The decoding of Dom Pérignon is a three-year collaboration between the champagne brand and Ferran Adrià, Spanish chef extraordinaire. The aim of the journey is to understand and define what makes Dom Pérignon unique and to elevate the Dom Pérignon experience. Sawubona travelled to Barcelona in Spain to take part in “This is not a dinner” with Dom Pérignon cellar master Richard Geoffroy and chef Ferran Adrià.
