International relocations experts, MoveHub, has compiled a list of the world’s most liberal countries in 2017. The report was put together with data from the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2016, the 2016 Social Progress Index report and Yale’s Environmental Performance Index 2016.
The report takes into consideration factors such as minority rights, gender equality, environmental quality and the safety of all. Ranked the countries that made the list on scale of 1, being the most liberal, to 120, being the least liberal.
