If you’re thinking of spoiling your mother/wife/partner on Mother’s Day this year, a yoga retreat at the beautiful De Hoop Nature Reserve in the Overberg might be just the thing.
The De Hoop Collection are hosting their second yoga retreat with Marianne Wiid, an Iyengar yoga teacher based in Hermanus. The retreat will take place from 6 to 9 May 2016 and booking is essential. The three-day retreat combines restorative yoga, nature walks, stargazing and time spent with like-minded individuals in a natural wilderness setting renowned for its incredible biodiversity.
There will be sun salutations on the Koppie Alleen dunes, as well as picnic outings, sundowners with a view and delicious vegetarian meals.

The retreat costs R3 640 (per person sharing) and includes yoga, accommodation in an equipped cottage or De Hoop village, all meals, stargazing and a marine experience.
Optional spa treatments at the new Spa@De Hoop can be booked and paid for separately. With limited availability, you are advised to book early.
