Café Caprice’s Monsoon Tea Party, Camps Bay

Café Caprice has become a Cape Town hotspot for locals and travellers looking to enjoy tasty food and extravagant drinks. Set in one of the city’s trendiest areas and with excellent views from every direction, Caprice is the perfect setting for a sundowner.  The Monsoon Tea Party is part of Café Caprice’s World Class Cocktail Selection, so you’re assured an impressive explosion of flavour!

Ingredients: Ron Zacapa Centinario rum with chai-infused rooibos tea, fresh vanilla and Cape fig jam shaken and served on the rocks with a side of burnt orange rind.

One&Only Cape Town’s One&Only Cape Town Cocktail, V&A WaterFront

Created by world-renowned mixologist Vitezslav Cirok, One&Only Cape Town’s signature cocktail was inspired by his travels around Cape Town. Each ingredient represents an aspect of the city, from the translation of the white beach of Camps Bay to coconut water to the more literal inclusion of rosewater after passing Rose Street.

Ingredients: Ketal One vodka (infused with ginger and lemon geranium), coconut water, rooibos cordial, rose flower water and local dry sparkling wine served on ice with a leaf of geranium and a pink or red edible flower.

Stella Café & Bar’s Tropical Rum Julep, Cape Town

This clean cut venue is located on the ground floor of Tsogo Sun’s Southern Sun The Cullinan. The Rose Bar’s Don Julio Chimayo, Constantia

Located at the decadent five-star Alphen Boutique Hotel, The Rose Bar is ideal for an end of week destress. The outside venue often plays host to impressive DJs and take bar snacks to a new level with everything from oysters to sliders and an impressive flat bread selection. This risqué cocktail is sweet and refreshing with a scintillating kick.

Ingredients: Don Julio, Creme de Cassis and apple juice, freshened with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
